On the quiet, beautiful morning of Sunday, August 11, amongst the festivities of Claresholm Fair Days, around 60 participants came together at Kin Trail. With friends, family and community, Aden’s parents Nathan and Sarah, along with the Health Foundation, they set out for the 2nd Annual Aden’s Run. Raising awareness for people struggling with mental health issues, this fun run is in honor of their son Aden, who lost his battle with mental health. Participants received bib numbers & fun accessories, entered for raffle prizes & had an opportunity to donate to the cause. The proceeds raised from this annual fun run will go to local organizations within the area, and hopefully get people talking more openly about mental health.
