Whether it was the heat of the day or the heat from the BBQ, the community came out to feast on mouthwatering hamburgers and hot dogs for a cause.

We packed the tables at the beautiful Amundsen Park and had the BBQ roaring from 11am-2pm and the line up was long. Our volunteers from the foundation board, Davis Claresholm, Pharmasave, the hospital and our community worked together like a well-oiled machine to make sure everyone was fed and enjoying their day in the sun.

Over 300 hamburgers, single and double, and 50 hot dogs, completed with chips and a beverage, were devoured. Good food and even better company made this Spring’ s BBQ a tremendous success by raising over $1,000.00.
